Camp day 4

So I've finally made it to camp. I'm exhausted! The first 7 miles this morning were pleasant, but around 12 someone turned on the wind. It wouldn't have been so bad on the river, but these long straight stretches of lake just funnel the wind. I hurt in places I didn't know I had. Needless to say, I'll sleep hard tonight. Dinner tonight will be mashed taters and deer burger. I'm going to try to find the energy to set up my hammock. Pics to follow.... I only have 1 bar of service so no pics tonight. I got some really good ones today though. I can't wait to share them. I didn't realize until today that I forgot to bring sunscreen. Can you say broiled lobster? Only 142 miles to go! Czytaj więcej
