Cheltenham Day 4 - Hiking

Whew. I’m finally up to date writing this blog. Feels good. Have to get quicker & more efficient from now on.

I finally turned on the Find Penquins tracker, so hopefully our trips will now be recorded. Must say the 2 things I love when travelling are my local SIM card and phone charger - not only does it have 3 different plugs, but works as a charger when needed. I’ve used it almost every day to keep my phone charged.

Back to today. We finally figured out how to book bikes. Not easy - the local company had sold out to Compass Holidays so googling about we finally contacted them by phone and tomorrow we’re good to go. Have to hike it to the train station again, find a locker, use a code and hopefully the bikes will be there. We’ll see. . . . .

Meanwhile we used AllTrails to search out a good long hike nearby. 25,094 steps later we were back home exhausted by the 27C heat and steep climb up, but with lots of good pics and memories.Baca selengkapnya
