October 26 Argostoli, Kefalonia

The ship was able to dock in the port so we headed out exploring. First destination was over the bridge. From there Peter noted small marina so we went in search of that - avoiding the puddles along the way. Peter stopped to chat to a young guy - Greg from Belgium, so I joined him. What an adventure he and his parter Julie have been on - sailing for the past 3 years. They had quite the set up, herbs growing in pots, 2 cats and a 3rd that had decided to live with them since they docked there. We learned a lot about them - have a website, that I later logged into later & learned about their travel - and life - Philosophy. its’s basically “be” enjoy the moments, go with the flow. From there we wandered to the lighthouse at the far end racking up 16,000 steps.Les mer
