Reis naar Duitsland

After a mix-up with QR codes at the Overvecht ticket gates, I found my way onto the NS Sprinter with my Big Boi backpack, amongst the commuter passengers. With some WhatsApp assistance from my lovely Eurail CPH colleagues I was able to properly begin my Interrail journey from Hilversum.

In a comfortable compartment, complete with heater, I made my way across Dutch farm country, passing by Almelo and Hengelo-ooooo.

After nearly leaving my scarf on the train (a vital garment), I boarded my third train in the German sticks at Osnabrück. 2 hours later I railed into a very m(ist)erious Hamburg.Læs mere
