    Jaipur

    First stop is Rajasthan is Jaipur! Got 4 solid days here to get settled into India and explore the city and surroundings!

    Hawa Mahal (Wind palace) was a highlight! Getting up early to be one of the first inside the palace is amazing as you get it for yourself for a short amount of time!

    Both the Amber and Nahargarh fort a great! Reaching them by public transport or walking offers a nice local experience before you even get there! Once you’re there you’ll have great architecture and views for days! Staying around for sunset is an extra plus :)

    Besides that just enjoying the Indian way! Eating loads, walking around and taking in the madness, which is slowly becoming less and less mad :)    Read more

    Taking it easy in the city of lakes for a couple of days! There is not that much to explore here but it’s really nice to hang out on the “ghats” by the water and take in the atmosphere! You can walk most places which is a really nice change of pace :)Read more

    Pushkar

    Easy times in pushkar! Little town in rajasthan! There is not that much to do here except enjoy the beautiful ghats (steps leading down to the lake) and local life, eat great food, visit a couple of temples and do some shopping!

    Jodhpur

    3 days in Jodhpur, India’s blue city!
    It gets it name from a lot of houses being painted blue in the city.

    Also famous for its big fort towering over the city! Besides that, great sunsets and a vibrant street life there is not much more to do!

    Last stop Jaisalmer!
    A small town located in the Thar Desert!
    Sadly didn’t take too many pictures here.
    I mostly explored the city fort and all the beautiful sourrounding buildings.

    Highlight was renting a scooter and taking an over night trip to the desert to watch the sunset and look at all the stars! I found a really cute guest house in the desert to stay in which just made it better!Read more
