Staying at Cornish Farm Campground for a few days, alarm and immobiliser fitted to Minnie today. Had a wander round Taunton and the Museum of Somerset and the Almshouse dates back to 1500. YummyBaca lagi
When in Somerset, you just HAVE to taste some Cider. The Cloudy one was our favourite. Also had a wander through the orchards.
Quaint village on the edge of Exmoor National Park. 17th century Yarn Market, working flour mill and castle. Chair made of antlers looked interesting but not comfortable!
Yes cheddar cheese originates from here and they mature the the rounds of cheese in the cave which is at a temperature of 11C.
The village of Cheddar sits at the start of the gorge. Great pasties for lunch from the Lion Rock Tea Rooms. Visited Gough’s Cave and climbed the 274 steps of Jacob’s Ladder and had a stroll alongBaca lagi

Climbed the 200 circular stairs to the top. Views of the town and hills beyond were fabulous. We could see our campground and Minnie Peg is in the middle at the top of the photo. Last photo is of theBaca lagi
Trip round Morcambe Bay, famous for its huge intertidal mudflats and sands. Tried to drive out to Sunderland Point but the road is a causeway, and it was high tide, doh !! Weather windy and grey !!
