Inca jungle tour: trekking

This was a really, really hard day. We woke up at 6 and walked 24km through the jungle, crossing rivers and mountains. We climbed around 1000 meters. It was hard for the legs and at the same time 30 degrees.

We saw beautiful things and our tour guide (Jimmy) was amazing. He showed us so many things, animals, plants and explained about the Inca history.

We walked 2 hours of the classic Inca trail to Machu Picchu. This rail was made to get to Machu Picchu. The people brought messages through this trail. Iris was really scared cause some moments it was only 40cm wide and a really deep cliff on the side.

We were in a group of 6. Tommy (a 24 year old guy from Australia), Ryan (same, he was eating coca leaves non stop) and Whitney (also from Australia). There was also Frankie the Adventurer.
