18th September Madrid

Walked about 30 minutes to the meeting point for our free walking tour in Madrid which was really good & showed alot of the architecture through the centuries & the history. This ended at the palace which is the largest palace in Europe, saw the changing of the guard then walked on to the Temple de Debod which was pretty much a non event compared to the internet pictures so onwards to the cablecar but it appears this is no longer working which was disappointing. Walked until we found a taxi back to the hotel & had a couple of hours quiet time before heading out to find some dinner. Really enjoying the Spanish architecture, food & cheap wine.もっと詳しく
