Masterchef Cambodia

We went for a very well organised cooking class in a local’s home in Siem Reap. We found this via Airbnb and it was a lot of fun cooking authentic Khmer dishes like Fish Amok in a nice kitchen surrounded by a plush garden of herbs, vegetables and fruits. Our instructors were great and very helpful and the whole experience felt very Masterchef-y. The food and the conversations with the rest of the group were a nice close to the fun evening.Read more
