Second Day of 2018 Hiking in Monrovia

Hot canyon hike today. Loads of birds. And taking doctor’s advice to get out in nature.
ReisendeKaiser Permanente nominated me to represent Portland Sunday Parkways and the great work that the Portland Bureau of Transportation is doing with KP to promote healthy, active living. I'll be riding on their "Making a Difference" Inspiring Healthy Communities Rose Parade float in Pasadena this New Years Day.
