An evening stroll

Arrival in Paris after a very comfortable train ride from Stuttgart. Negotiated ticket buying for the Metro, quite the experience and travelled down to Bastille. A short walk to our hotel Joan d'Arc. Lovely little place with great views from the bedroom.
A wander round the local area just on the edge of the Marais district. Walked down to see Notre Dame, still undergoing repairs following the fire in 2019. Found a nice cafe for a glass or two of wine before wandering a little more.
