Traveling To Wall, SD

After leaving Sioux Falls we drove to Wall. Here we saw Wall Drug (and about a hundred billboards along the way for it). However, on the way, there were dark clouds. When looking at the weather forecast, it was decided we would stop and wait out the storm. The forecast was for 70mph wind gust, quarter sized hail, and tornado possibilities. We found a cute little store where the owner was very nice and kept the kids entertained. All was good. We made it to Wall and the kids were tired. Homemade pie and ice cream for dinner. Drove another 10 miles and slept at a rest area.Leggi altro
