US center, B Vs. B, Friends

Today was a big travel day. We drove to the geological center of the contiguous US. Then we headed to the Brown Vs. Board of education. This was very eye opening for the kids. They can't fathom how/why people treated other people that way. After that we headed to a hotel. We were able to meet up with friends who used to live in VT, but now live in Illinois. However we met up with them in Kansas as they were traveling home from Colorado.Read more
