Timber Creek

Coffee/ lunch stop at Timber Creek Roadhouse. Further down the road there is a tribute to the Durack family( see last post- Argyle Homestead). A pioneering family originally from Ireland, who owned lots of land around Oz...they were known for working with, the Aboriginals!!!!
Today is our longest driving day to date, left at 8am and will get into Manbulloo Station at 4.50pm, 520kms and nearly 7 hours driving, including time difference of 1.5 hrs between WA and NT. Thankyou Driver Mark.( I read to him to keep him going)🙂.Read more
