What a Day 😳

Ok guys I've had a shocker of a day but come through the other end unbowed !!! A lots of my own stubbornness , others well actually most of it my own stubbornness by maintaining I was able to stay by the coast all day , as my app showed and spent 2hours and 8 K proving myself wrong Then when I got back on track met incredible hills , technology letting me down ...
To be blunt on a 31k day I ended up walking 37k nearly 50000 steps. I don't have any visual record of the day except for a few photo oh and my first Camino blister .

On the good side having arrived at a brand new Albergue attached to an abbey on top of a big hill which has a funicular train and yes it has broken down and I had to walk 3k more up hill and not being sent the code to get in . I was let in by a Belgium couple who along with me are the only ones staying in this big Hostel . We even put our clothes together to share the cost of the laundry 6 € split 3 ways . Looks like a room to myself too suppose all's well that ends well !
