Pier 39

A pretty touristic place but worth the visit for the hilarious seal population. Its a contrast between the peaceful female pier where everyone is sleeping and the mostly empty "gladiator ring" where the big boys fight by hilariously flopping at each other until one falls into the bay, usually followed by the other one after knocking himself off balance. We spend probably 45 minutes watching their hilarious antics and then had some local craft beers as any true bay area hipster should (the bar looked like a typical dive bar though and also sold bud light)Baca selengkapnya
