World's best beef jerky

We pulled over based on a sign on the side of the road to try the world's best beef jerky (according to them...) as I don't actually remember ever trying it. Inside we found a quirky gift shop full of weird little gadgets, mostly native American related, and of course the jerky. We accidentally bought a buffalo one, but I'm assuming beef is similar :D it was actually really nice salty, peppery and stringy, but tender at the same time!Read more
