Next stop: Burgkaffee — a roaster that’s been on my list for a while.
The space is still finding its rhythm: located in an industrial area, a bit rough around the edges, with construction noise and empty shelves. But you can already see the vision — sleek design, coffee bar, and even space for events.
Picked up a bag called Sanfte Prinzessin (fitting, given the name “castle coffee”). Definitely a spot to revisit in a few years once everything has settled.Læs mere
