After saying goodbye to Marco at the train station, Sanjay and I made one more coffee stop at RoaTS Specialty Coffee — and what a cool spot!

Modern third-wave coffee culture right in the middle of Trieste’s deeply traditional coffee scene. Great atmosphere, super friendly service, excellent pastries, and of course beans coming home with me once again 😄

I ordered two capo in B — the wonderfully specific Triestine coffee term for what most places would simply call an espresso macchiato served in a glass. Tiny detail, but I love how seriously Trieste takes its coffee culture.Leia mais
