Left for Formista at approx 7:45 AM. Approximately 24 km's.
Ankles a little sore from yesterdays hard push. Alberge very clean, very tight though. Buen Camino.
ViaggiatoreAleve cream will help. I use it on numerous areas where I experienced pain i.e. my calf my lower back the bottom of my feet …. so I would think it would work on your ankles. If you can’t find it, I’m sure other creams could help relieve some of the pain.
