Steph and I stopped here for breakfast before driving out to the Barn Burner site to meet the guys. It's a "European style coffeehouse," which apparently is like an American coffeehouse--at least the one's I've experienced. The food was really good--no meat to be found but an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich doesn't really need meat. Good coffee too.Read more

Lynx Lake Campground

We reserved space #26, which turned out to be right on the trail down to the lake--perfect for paddleboarding. Spot #24 would have been ever-so-slightly better, just because it has no across the street neighbors. Staying a Sunday night meant a quiet Monday on the lake, we carried our paddleboards down the trail and spent a couple of tranquil hours paddling around. The campground is really close to Prescott, so we also went into town Sunday night and hit a couple of breweries. Very cool.Read more

I came here once before, so brought Tim back to check it out. Nice space, good beer. They close at 6 on Sundays so we didn't stay too long, but the patio was lovely.
