Social mariposas

We love our Salkantay family! So today after Anna got a tattoo! We met up with them for lunch! We went to Green Point. It’s feeling amazing to not have to hike for once, and to get to sleep in! Walking around Cusco still feels like a workout anyway so we aren’t out of the woods. Maybe our 3 days at lower elevation ruined our adjustment because I’m not sure how I ever hiked 5 different mountains! We spent about 4.5 hrs together for lunch and then came back together for dinner and drinks. We went to La Osteria. It’s a really fun group and we spend a lot of time swapping European vs American customs/lifestyle stories! Gonna miss them.
