Bluest and columnest

Next up was one of my favorite places so far because it was so so beautiful. We went to Stuðlagil Canyon. The walls are all basalt columns and the water is ridiculously blue. Some of the columns were bent and curved which was so interesting and showed how the earth has moved over time! We had the best side of the canyon even though we had to do a 20 minute walk and we were initially not into it because we could explore and climb down the columns right up to the rivers edge.
