The big hike

Today we started with breakfast in the cafeteria, blueberry pancakes and bacon. Then we headed off to Olympic national park. Which is a bit of a drive but definitely going to be worth it. Especially because just like yesterday we have sun! Which means the mountains are out! The drive was very pretty seeing the snow caps in the distance. Then when we arrived we started up to mount storm king. It was an incredibly steep climb but we kept it moving. When we got to the off trail part it involves basically rock climbing up the side. They give you a rope for support which almost makes it more intense. It was also raining and beyond windy!! It felt like hurricane was coming in for us! Very adventurous!
