A night under the stars

We are on our way to Cape Cross, where we have a stop over to see a seal colony. Last night we stayed in the middle of a group of huge rocks, in a dessert area, called Spitzkoppe.

We are having a stop to see the seals. The most overwhelming was the stench, it STANK! There were hundreds, maybe even a couple of thousands of seals.

Amanpuri Travellers Lodge

We arrived in Swakopmund, at our lodge. Every one first went to shower after our time in the bush.
Looking forward to a real bed, after sleeping on my thin camping mat.

The Tok Tok Beetle exist for 60% of water. If you want to survive in the dessert they are good food, high in protein and water. Amazingly it drinks the water that it gets from the fog. The small waterЧитать далее
