France and Italy

Tough day getting here. So the meal at Agapé was welcomed but a typically three hour seven course meal was probably wasted on us, being so tired to really enjoy it. Meal and wine were fabulous and I would recommend Agapé to anyone.

First proper day was a bit overcast but still warm. A thirty minute walk to la cité was good and we wandered around there visiting the cathedral of st nazairé again. Lunch in the cauldron restaurant was very nice with duck gizzard salad tried for first time which was very good. A gentle walk back to the apartment for 3 pm for a bit of relaxation.Read more

Was cold at points but was a relaxing trip.
