Day 377 - Tampa

(Ursula) US officials drove us to the Immigration Office, where our documents were scrutinized, and everything was fine. The “Welcome Back” was music to our ears!

We found a phone booth on the way back and called our friends Beni & Elisabeth in Queens, NY. They were very excited to hear from us and looking forward to having us back soon.

Beni wants to talk to our Landlady, Ms. Semko, and hopefully have an apartment ready for us to move into when we arrive. What an excellent service! He confirmed that the Swiss Watch Industry was having a very rough time.Leia mais
