    We met up with Kurt and Renata in the charming town of Appenzell, where we enjoyed a quick lunch before heading to Stein to explore the fascinating Appenzeller cheese production.

    Later, we made our way to Schwegalp for a scenic hike along a nature trail.

    The day ended with a delicious dinner at Restaurant Krone in Balterswil, renowned for its calf’s liver and Rösti potatoes.

    It was the perfect way to wrap up a memorable day in Eastern Switzerland.
