    Nothing too exciting happened today. It was mostly a straightforward drive to Holland, Michigan. Along the way, we explored the lighthouses in Muskegon, Muskegon State Park, and JP Hoffmaster State Park. On this beautiful sunny day, the beaches were packed with people, which isn’t really our cup of tea. So we simply enjoyed the scenery, took a few photos, and didn’t stay very long at any one place.

    Just after leaving Muskegon State Park around noon, we stopped at the Bear Lake Tavern for lunch. For some reason, I felt unusually tired this afternoon, so we decided to check into our hotel early, take a refreshing shower, and relax for a while.

    Tonight, we’re looking forward to a sushi dinner in town and hope to catch the FIFA soccer match between Canada and South Africa afterward.
