Lihue (Nawiliwili) Kauai activities

Kilohana Plantation. Formerly a sugar cane plantation, it's now an educational plantation with animals, fruit trees, hula lessons, and rum. We had a 45 minute guided train ride around the plantation and stopped along the way to feed some of the animals. Then we had a hula demo (I was a volunteer) and walked around the stores. Unfortunately, we couldn't do rum tasting because it's Sunday. 😩 Beth ended the day in town at a local bar to watch football.Read more
