Day 126. Holyhead, Wales.

Today's tour went to Beaumaris, where we walked around the town and an artisan bazaar. Then we toured the Beaumaris Castle, which is the largest castle never finished because King Edward ran out of money. Though not finished, we could still see the many defensive features of the castle. The hour-long coach ride to and from Beaumaris showed us some interesting sites such as the Menai Suspension Bridge that stretches across the Menai Strait.Read more
