Day 139. Narvik, Norway.

Narvik is a smaller town than the last several ports, but it has lots of beautiful scenery. The snow covered mountains are incredible. The port is very industrial and is the largest shipper of iron ore in the world. The harbor never freezes, so it's in high demand. We toured the town and visited a chapel/cemetery with sections for WWII unidentified bodies from Germany, Poland, and France. We ended with gorgeous views of the port area from a ski resort.Read more
