We've arrived! So happy to be in this wonderful Harbour... so peaceful and still, especially after the rocking and rolling of the swell during our sail north. We had a lovely welcome by John and Cashmere as we rounded the head of Whangaroa Harbour. John joined us in celebrating our journey...very patiently listening to all the gorey details of our trip.. sharing fish n chips with the fish that John caught for us..and a few beers! And what a sleep we had!!! Today we have been lazying around... doing some much needed washing in wonderful fresh water provided on a floating bouy, having a great shower for Klepper and ourselves!Read more

TravelerWow, you must have had great winds. Well done both of you. Big rest needed! It’s a beautiful area to spend a few days. Petra and I loved it.

TravelerAwww it's as lovely as we remembered it to be... and maybe more beautiful because of the journey to get here 😀
