Here’s the little sod that’s been causing me to hobble for the past couple of days. Finally decided it was coming out no matter what. Soaked my foot for 20 mins and put on some antiseptic cream. Left it to dry and then just massaged it and squeezed it out. So small yet so annoyingly painful. 😣Weiterlesen
