What a day. Our tour to Meiji Jingu Shrine included a parade to celebrate Japan National Foundation Day. At times we felt like we were in the parade. Traditional music, dance, bands and portable shrines. Such a vibe.

Our first venture on the transit system was pretty straight forward. The stations are well signed. We made a stop at Tokyo Station, and I have to say that was a little intimidating. So many people, trains, different levels, restaurants and shops.

Later in the afternoon, we headed to the area of Akihabara. It is known for Tokyo's electronics and anime. We didn't stay long as the evening was cold and windy.Baca lagi
