TravelerI know Amami quite well. My furusato is the tiny island next door to it, Kikai Jima. First place I lived in Japan. I lived there for two years. Beautiful place with the kindest people. I’m glad you got the chance to see a less visited Japanese island. You must be nearly at the end of your trip by now. Enjoy the last few days.
