Hold Tight, Hello Copper Harbor!

Copper Harbor, MI … we made it!

After 30 minutes of white-knuckle driving (the last 15 miles were all narrow, curvy, and hilly), we finally rolled into the coastal town of Copper Harbor. This tiny Lake Superior waterfront town is big on adventure—especially mountain biking, with a well-known trail network crisscrossing the area.

We set up camp at Lake Fanny Hooe. The sites were a good size … but let’s just say the campground didn’t have much else going for it.Læs mere
