When the View Outlives the Venue

This is our third stay here, and our site still has a fantastic view. That part never disappoints. The park itself, though, is starting to show its age and feels a bit more worn each visit. The same goes for the casino next door, where we walked over for dinner. The burgers were excellent, but the rest of the place is clearly fading a bit around the edges.

We enjoyed the stop, but this will likely be our last stay here. Sometimes the view stays five-star while everything around it quietly slips into retirement.Read more
