Die letzten Tage haben wir in Norwegens Hauptstadt Oslo verbracht 🇳🇴.
Vorbei an bunt bemalten Schaufenstern ging es für uns am Montag durch Oslo. Wir kamen an der Universität vorbei und liefen durch einen Park. Schlussendlich erreichten wir das Schloss. Von dort aus gingen wir Richtung Innenstadt und Hafen. Kurzfristig entschieden wir uns für eine Fjord-Sightseeing-Tour. Wir kamen an kleinen Inseln mit vielen bunten Häusern vorbei. Früher durfte auf den Inseln nur gecampt werden. Mit der Zeit befestigten die Camper ihre Zelte mit Wänden und Dächern und im Handumdrehen waren die Inseln bewohnt. Die Farben der Häuser beschränken sich jedoch auf gelb, rot, blau und grün; andere Farben sind nicht erlaubt.
Außerdem gibt es eine ganze Insel, die zum Großteil nur aus Museen besteht.
Die Gebäude an der Stadtpromenade sind jedoch moderner und künstlerischer gestaltet. Die Bibliothek hat eine Glasfront und sieht aus wie gestapelte Bücher 📚. Auf das Opernhaus kann man hochlaufen und hat einen tollen Blick auf und über die Stadt. Von dort oben kann man auch auf die "kleinen" Saunen blicken, die auf dem Fjord schwimmen. Da es hier bereits um ca. 16 Uhr dunkel wird, sind wir dann mit der Bahn zum Ekebergparken gefahren. Von der Station sind wir hochgelaufen und hatten einen freien Blick über die Stadt mit all ihren Lichtern. Aktuell gibt es dort im Skulpturenpark noch eine Lichtinstallation: "Nordic Pixel Forest". Passend zur Musik ändert sich die Beleuchtung der Lichter ✨.

//On Monday, we wandered through Oslo, passing colorful shop windows. We passed the university and walked through a park and reached the palace. From there, we headed towards the city center and harbor. On a whim, we decided to take a fjord sightseeing tour. We passed small islands with many colorful houses. In the past, camping was the only thing allowed on the islands. Over time, campers reinforced their tents with walls and roofs, and before you knew it, the islands were inhabited. However, the colors of the houses are limited to yellow, red, blue, and green; other colors are not allowed.
There's also an entire island that's mostly made up of museums.
The buildings on the city promenade, however, have a more modern and artistic design. The library has a glass front and looks like stacked 📚 . You can walk up to the Opera House and have a fantastic view of the city. From up there, you can also see the "small" saunas floating on the fjord. Since it gets dark around 4 pm here, we took the train to Ekebergparken. We walked up from the station and had a clear view of the city with all its lights. Currently, there's a light installation in the sculpture park called "Nordic Pixel Forest". The lighting of the lights changes in sync with the music ✨.Read more
