    Clarkson Farm and Bath

    We said our farewells to Judith and Snowy (and Cornwall) with cornish pasties for the road and headed to Bath....via a quick stop to Clarkson Farm. If you know anything about the history of the Clarkson Farm Store, you would agree that it is a must see. What they don't show you on the Clarkson Farm series is that the daily line to get into the Farm Store is at least 90 minutes! But, thankfully the line for their famous food truck was only 45 minutes. Yep - we did it and we can agree that it was worth the wait! So it was a short and worthy detour on our way to Bath. Once we arrived in Bath we were quite awestruck. This famous Roman spa town dates as far back as 800 BC! We arrived too late to visit the Roman Bath museum, but we still enjoyed a stroll around the Bath Abbey (675 AD) and the weir on the River Avon. Did you know Jane Austen lived in Bath?En savoir plus
