Greenwich - Rainy Day History Tour

It was a little overcast on our last day in London so we made it a Museum day in Greenwich. We bravely and successfully navigated our way via the Tube from Charing Cross to Greenwich and walked to the Royal Observatory - home of the Greenwich Meridian. In 1884, Greenwich won the prize of Longitude 0 degrees. We also toured the massive Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark, built in 1869!
