Oh Deere Farmstay - part 2

    July 15, 2021 in Australia ⋅ ⛅ 26 °C

Every evening at about 5 the fire is lit (fire warnings permitting). It is good to sit around the fire and meet new people.
This is where we got our first couple of really cold nights (8°) even the fire couldn't keep you warm. Mark does not like the cold lucky he already had his Uggs.
Dale set up the irrigator to water new cane planting it had a reach of a couple hundred metres. It was amazing to watch as it went along its track. I'm sure it's reach was greater. It was mesmerising watching the water come over the moon.
