Tom Priceine Tour

We came back into Tom Price to stock up and do the mine tour.
It was great to be able to see the
mine (unfortunately it was in maintenance mode so not a lot of movement happening). Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We did learn that the ore trains and some of the mine trucks are autonomous (driven by staff in Perth near the airport). The trains will only have a driver on board when they are within a kilometre from the mine or the town they are going too.Read more
