Strathy Point to Tongue

We both had a great night's sleep, the bed was so comfy we actually slept in, I didn't get up until 0815. It was cool and a little bit misty outside, we have a list of things we might do and places to go but it is going to be very dependant upon the weather. After breakfast we set off towards Tongue, thinking we might go as far as Durness and Smoo Cave, but by the time we got to Tongue it was raining a bit heavier. We had our lunch just across the bridge hoping it would clear but it got worse so we decided to head back to the warm dry of the cottage.Leggi altro
