Vietnam cuisine

We decided that we couldn't go to Vietnam without knowing something about the cuisine. Went down to a restaurant on Tory Street called Restuarant 88. Tried several entree dishes then a noodle dish and sticky rice dessert with coconut and melon. The food was slightly spicey but not too hot. We loved the meal - looking forward to tasting more. Even tried the Vietnamese Coffee, with condensed milk!!!!. Before dinner went down to the waterfront and enjoyed the light show. Lots of interesting pieces - but it was damn cold.Read more
