Remembering Bill today on his bday. He would have loved Mongolia... red meat and Offal abound!!
We formally toasted him tonight in traditional Mongolian style/ a white offering sprinkled up/ down and then to the four corners.... sadly it had to be in our bathroom!!!......although we did buy the vodka especially.
