Hello Brisbane! And Hello Nathan!!

We arrived in Brisbane early at 8.30am but then spent an hour on the runway as there was no parking space available.
In typical Brisbane efficiency we were through customs , got our bags and were out within 45 mins.
After a quick shower at the airport we got an Uber to our accommodation at I River Stay in Albert Street where by some miracle we could check in early.
Next it was off to Toowong for a haircut with our fave hairdresser Crispin and Village Hairdressers. Some lunch and a coffee helped us to stay awake for a while linger but only just!
It was all perfect timing to meet Nathan who we were catching up with for an early dinner.
A lovely evening in our apartment with a cooked chicken and salad was had but to be honest I was delirious fatigue by the time we went to bed at 09.30pm having not slept on the plane. V grateful for a comfy bed.Read more
