5/23, We began our trip to Costa Mesa, CA after breakfast. It was a pretty uneventful drive, but a few things did stick out; the gas prices began to climb, (Until now, the prices were better than in Minnesota when we left for our trip), gas stations were spaced many miles apart, and so did the heat.
