Metropolitan Natural Park

Back in Panama City we still are not into too much sightseeing or city life. So we chose to visit the national park which connects to the city. With the hope to spot some more animals we walked to the top and had a great view over the city and the ocean, plus a little monkey climbing in the trees. On the way we spotted toucans, turtles, a Jesus Christ Lizard and a Nasenbär, all this in a driving distance of 15 minutes from the city centre.

Around the trip Jan has tried many different kinds of Ceviche. With shrimp, conch, octopus, .... So our last stop for lunch was the fish market.Read more
