Strolling through Kuta Tjuta

The sunrise was only the first part of our morning, then a stroll through Waḻpa gorge… stunning.
We learnt so much this morning, more than anything we learnt at school. Especially the fact about the water seeping through the cracks in the rock, freezing creating bigger cracks and air pockets. Lorenzo explained it beautifully then tapped the rocks so we could hear the difference - wow.
After our stroll we moved to the picnic ground for breakfast (no pictures) Vegemite muffins, cereal, raisin toast and a cuppa.
